All feedback is taken on board and investigated where necessary by Assessment Services Ltd and where appropriate the Merlin Advisory Board (MAB).  In order to make a Comment, Compliment or Complaint then please email merlin@assessmentservices.com and we will aim to respond to you within 3 working days.

Appeals

If you wish to Appeal your assessment decision then this can be done by writing directly to Assessment Services Ltd. We will respond to all requests within 3 working days.
