We are always looking to gather feedback on the service you have received from both Assessment Services and the registered assessors. We also welcome comments on the Standard itself.

All feedback is taken on board and investigated where necessary by Assessment Services Ltd and where appropriate the Merlin Advisory Board (MAB). In order to make a Comment, Compliment or Complaint then please email email@example.com and we will aim to respond to you within 3 working days.
If you wish to Appeal your assessment decision then this can be done by logging into the “my account” section of the website and scrolling down to the Appeals section. There you will find an online form to complete which gets sent directly to Assessment Services Ltd. We will respond to all requests within 3 working days.
